This recipe is from my friend, Mandi.
1 10-oz. package frozen spinach, thawed, patted dry, and chopped
1 pint sour cream
1 C. mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
1 package Knorr leek soup
1 tsp. Good Seasonings dry Italian dressing mix
1/4 C. chopped green onion
1/4 C. chopped parsley
Mix all ingredients together.
Notes: This dip looks fancy served in a bread bowl. It goes well with vegetables and also with pieces of soft french bread.
